Samsung launches iTest to 'turn' your iPhone into an Android Galaxy
Samsung has created iTest, a web app that turns an iPhone into a Galaxy to preview the Android experience. Users can thus get an idea and why not want to change manufacturers in the future.
Test the Android experience of a Samsung Galaxy on your iPhone
Testing the Galaxy experience on Android from an iPhone is simple. Just go to itest.nz from Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen (the one with the up arrow) and then select "On Home Screen ". Then open the web app that appeared on your iPhone's home screen and you can test the experience.
You have to admit that this technical demo is well done. It really feels like having a Samsung Galaxy smartphone in your hands. There are a few apps, including Phone, Messages, Camera, Settings, Galaxy Store, Gallery, Galaxy Wearable, and Galaxy Themes. It is possible to test each of them. We even receive calls and SMS (which are fake, of course).
If you ever wondered what it would be like to experience a Samsung Galaxy smartphone from your iPhone, now you know. It would be interesting to know if this web app will encourage some people to switch from Apple to Samsung for the purchase of their future smartphone.
